We are proud to have agents that work with groups on a regular basis and have earned the honor and title of “Group Specialists”

To be eligible for one of DG Promotions group rates, all you have to do is be a customer of DG Promotions by completing and submitting our Contact Information Form.

Once you have completed and submitted the form, you will be eligible for current and future group pricing and scheduled events.

You don’t have to know anyone in the group; you can room anywhere you chose and pick any dining room or time that you prefer, as long as there is availability.

Earning a free cabin/room is called a Tour Conductor or TC. We have many customers that use the TC for themselves or have the amount of the TC allocated to the number of cabins or rooms in the group which helps bring the cost of the cabin/room down for each guest. Just like popular game shows on television, you are still required to pay the taxes and port charges.

If you are beginning with at least three rooms or cabins we can design and customize a group for you. We can teach you the networking skills to share with your family, friends and business associates to increase you number of rooms or cabins. Also, our other agents’ can book into the space as well to try to help you with the minimum requirements regulated by the cruise lines or the all-inclusive properties.

Cruises require eight cabins sailed to qualify you for half of a TC

Cruises require eight cabins based on double occupancy to qualify for 1 complimentary berth.  A berth is a bed, therefore; to receive a complimentary cabin based on double occupancy after you pay the taxes and port charges all you would need is 16 cabins that sail for two complimentary berths.

All pricing for any type of travel is based on availability and capacity controlled so timing makes a difference in your initial planning.
